The type of life we lead is largely determined by the choices we make for ourselves. The majority of people do not believe this simple fact in their daily lives. There are many people who believe that the majority of events in life are either predetermined by destiny or completely random and based on the chances of luck. However, this is not a completely accurate assumption.
While it is true that luck plays a role in some aspects of our lives, the majority of what happens in our lives is the result of our own decisions.
Everything we do in our lives has an impact on the direction our lives will take in the future. The way we perceive ourselves, the way we interact with others and the way we spend our days all have an impact on our own attitudes and perceptions, as well as what other people think of us.
These things may appear to be irrelevant, but they have a significant impact on our lives. Consider the following scenario: you are faced with a difficult decision. It is likely that your self-perception will play a significant role in the type of decision you make. In the same way, at various points in your life, what other people think of you will always play a significant role in the direction that your situation will eventually take. And it is for this reason that the adage “as you sow, so shall you reap” is true.
